In this evidenced based program participants will :
• Learn gentle, slow and low-impact movements, meditation and deep breathing.
• Improve your balance, strength, flexibility, muscle tone and coordination.
• Relieve stress, combat disease and enhance physical and mental well-being.

Instructor Bio: For the last ten years, Marci Casallo has pursued health maintenance as an Instructor for the following organizations:
YMCA group instructor with specialties in Enhance Fitness,
Silver Sneakers, Zumba, and Tai Chi. Also an evidence-based programs facilitator for : Matter of Balance, Chronic Disease Self-Management, Diabetes Self-Management, and PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active and Rewarding Lives) a community-based treatment designed to reduce depression in physically impaired and socially isolated individuals.
