FREE Yoga Classes – No registration required.
This is a Hatha “All Levels” class with breathing, balance, strength and stretching exercises followed by guided relaxation and meditation. Conducted by Nineth, Certified Yoga Instructor. Please bring water and a big towel or yoga mat. Please feel free to bring any exercise straps or blocks. Do not eat a heavy meal at least 2-3 hours before the class.
