Kick off Thanksgiving Day on Fort Lauderdale Beach at the Memorial Cardiac & Vascular Institute Fort Lauderdale Turkey Trot, a 5K run/walk along beautiful, scenic A1A.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned “trotter,” the Turkey Trot is for everyone. There’s even a Kids’ Dash for children 10 and under.

If you’re not up for the trot, but still want to be part of the action, there are plenty of volunteer opportunities available. You can also participate virtually.
