Join us for an engaging Fireside Chat featuring Rob Stevenson, Chief Operating Officer of the Florida Panthers, moderated by Gail Bulfin, Senior Vice President of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance. Appointed COO in August 2025, Stevenson has played a pivotal role in the organization’s recent success, including back-to-back Stanley Cup championships in 2024 and 2025.
In his role, Stevenson oversees a broad portfolio including operations, facilities management, event services, live entertainment, hospitality, and the Panthers IceDen and FTL War Memorial complex. He has been instrumental in leading strategic arena renovations aimed at enhancing fan experience, increasing revenue, and improving operational efficiency. His leadership has also reshaped organizational design and strengthened a culture that positions Panthers-operated venues as vital community assets.
Prior to joining the Panthers, Stevenson held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs Ayco and Point72, specializing in financial management and talent strategy. A decorated Navy SEAL, he served two tours in Afghanistan with SEAL Team TWO, earning multiple commendations including the Bronze Star Medal. He continues his service as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
A graduate of Amherst College and the Yale School of Management, Stevenson brings a unique blend of military leadership, financial expertise, and sports industry innovation.
