 x. He has been instrumental in leading strategic arena renovations aimed a
 t enhancing fan experience\, increasing revenue\, and improving operationa
 l efficiency. His leadership has also reshaped organizational design and s
 trengthened a culture that positions Panthers-operated venues as vital com
 munity assets.\nPrior to joining the Panthers\, Stevenson held leadership 
 roles at Goldman Sachs Ayco and Point72\, specializing in financial manage
 ment and talent strategy. A decorated Navy SEAL\, he served two tours in A
 fghanistan with SEAL Team TWO\, earning multiple commendations including t
 he Bronze Star Medal. He continues his service as a Commander in the U.S. 
 Navy Reserve.\nA graduate of Amherst College and the Yale School of Manage
 ment\, Stevenson brings a unique blend of military leadership\, financial 
 expertise\, and sports industry innovation. In this conversation\, he will
