ArtServe’s Su·i ge·ne·ris exhibition is inspired by a Latin phrase that means “of its/his/her/their own kind, in a class by itself,” therefore “unique.”  Works in this exhibit will reveal artistic perspectives in gender, class, age, culture, sexual identity and race through autobiographical art that critically addresses a brand of individuality that defies genres and boundaries.

Opening reception is Friday, January 21st from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  The reception and all Su·i ge·ne·ris events are FREE and open to the public.

Su·i ge·ne·ris, which runs Monday through Saturday through March 26, 2022, is supported by grants from Truist Foundation, Broward Cultural Division and Culture Builds Florida.
