Stretch. Breathe. PURRR. PURRR Adoption + Sanctuary will host Kitty Yoga with celebrated Yogi Lauren Cobb on Thursday, Jan. 22, at 6:45 p.m. The community is invited to an all-levels yoga experience surrounded by PURRR’s resident cats, who are curious, calm, and occasionally opinionated.
Whether a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this event promises to be an unforgettable and heartwarming experience. Lauren Cobb, an experienced yoga and Pilates instructor, will guide participants through a gentle flow, ensuring a balanced practice suitable for all levels of experience. As participants move through a relaxed yoga flow, the cats may wander, supervise, or decide their mat is the best seat in the room. This class is less about perfect poses and more about sharing space with some very cool cats, a unique opportunity to find inner Kit-Zen.
