 n experienced yoga and Pilates instructor\, will guide participants throug
 h a gentle flow\, ensuring a balanced practice suitable for all levels of 
 experience. As participants move through a relaxed yoga flow\, the cats ma
 y wander\, supervise\, or decide their mat is the best seat in the room. T
