- Discovery Spot is a fun and engaging exhibit that offers numerous opportunities for young scientists (ages 0-6) and their families to explore iconic Florida environments – from Ocean to Air and the Everglades to the Citrus Grove – where children can splash, climb, tinker and explore.
- Each area supports a child’s open-ended, role-playing and imaginative play.
- The new Discovery Spot celebrates the Museum’s legacy as The Discovery Center, which was installed as a permanent exhibit space at the Museum when it opened in 1992 and welcomed more than 12 million guests from every state and countless countries over the past three decades.
- The exhibit, which encompasses 4,000 square feet of Museum space, will open to the public on Friday, August 4, at 10 a.m.
DETAILS: Admission to the exhibit is included with the purchase of a ticket to MODS. Tickets can be purchased online at mods.org/tickets or at the Museum Box Office upon arrival. For more information, please visit mods.org/exhibit/the-discovery-spot.
