The retreat starts at 3 pm on Friday, April 28, and concludes at noon on Sunday, April 30. Throughout the weekend, we will incorporate invigorating, rejuvenating, and restorative yoga practices with beach time and meditation. We will meet together to explore strategies for self-care, inside and out, with discussions on intermittent fasting, goal setting and intentions, journaling, and meditation techniques for anywhere. Come prepared to rest your body and mind.
