Join us for an unparalleled wellness experience on the Veranda 🌿, where you’ll be enveloped by the serene beauty of nature, art, and history during our summertime gentle hatha yoga session 🧘‍♀️. This transformative hatha yoga practice unfolds at a soothing pace, starting with gentle warm-up movements, and encourages you to hold postures for extended periods to deepen your practice. With a focus on stretching, seated poses, and low-impact movements, this session offers ample time for meditation, yogic breathing techniques, and relaxation, allowing you to reconnect with the tranquility of nature 🌸.

As the session concludes, you’ll be serenaded by the calming sounds of nature 🌊 and experience profound restoration through a crystal bowl sound healing meditation 🎶. Enhance your relaxation with a cool and refreshing aromatherapy hand towel 🧖‍♂️. This class invites participants of all levels, including beginners, to find peace and rejuvenation.
