The largest yoga conference in Florida will return for a fourth year to the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center from March 8 to March 9, 2019.
The fourth edition of this conference features 50-minute yoga classes for beginners to advanced yogis lead by over 60 nationally recognized instructors and local favorites such as Arianne Traverso, Terri Cooper, Missy White & more. Meditation classes, lectures and mindfulness workshops will be on the schedule as well. After a mindful practice, attendees can enjoy samples of local and sustainable bites from local brands. Yoga apparel & accessories from brands including Crystal Vision, Kannaby, PIYOGA, DoTerra & more! will be available for purchase.
Yogis can expect all styles of yoga Ashtanga, Budokon, family yoga, Hoop Dance, Kundalini yoga, PreNatal yoga, Chakra Flow, Hatha yoga, Kids yoga training workshop, gentle yoga with essential oils, breathing & sound yoga, Vinyasa & Power class, meditation, and AcroYoga & amazing lectures and unique styles.
There will be a halftime lunch hour show featuring the “GREAT OM,” Sound Bowls by Be Generation Love, dance and acrobatics performances!
This event is for all levels from beginners to seasoned yogis, in addition to a special kids zone and family yoga classes. It’s meant to be a celebration of community and foster the importance of mindfulness and yoga for all stages of life from young children to adults.

Single Day Saturday tickets start at $20, Two-Day bundles are $55, the Single Day Group Bundle is $69 for three people and the Two-Day Group Bundle is $79. Kids 11 and under are free.
