February is the month for matters of the heart, be it romance or health! Combine both with a vegan cooking class on Wednesday, February 19 from 6-8pm. This heart healthy event finishes with a tasting of the evening’s creations and a Q&A with Executive Chef Alan Nippert. The class is presented in a fun and lively demonstration format.
Menu: Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Shells with Pomodoro Sauce, finished with Roasted Garlic Drizzle and Chocolate Lava Cake with Raspberry Coulis
Tickets are $45 Per Person. Available for purchase in-house or on Eventbrite.
