The Venetian Arts Society’s presents: Up Close and Personal beginning with wine and hors d’oeuvres at 6 PM. Special guests include Dr. E. LaBrent Chrite, president of Bethune-Cookman University. A presentation at 7 PM will focus on the extraordinary life and contributions of Mary McLeod Bethune. Sculptor Nila Comas will discuss her major commission.
