Broward College’s Theatre Department will present The Wolves by Sarah DeLappe, from October 20-November 6, 2022. Presentations take place Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 2 pm. This production is free of charge and tickets are not necessary. The Wolves will be presented live at the Performing and Cultural Arts Theatre on BC’s South Campus in Pembroke Pines.
Performed by Broward College theatre students, the play tells the story of an all-female high school soccer team during six consecutive Saturdays as they prepare for their games. The girls grapple with the experience of coming of age while establishing their identities. Together, they learn about the power in their bodies, their resilience as a group, and what it means to be a woman in today’s world where women’s futures are often influenced by men.
