Thanksliving is presented in a fun and lively demonstration format. The cooking class finishes with a tasting of the evening’s creations and a Q&A. The instructor is Executive Chef Alan Nippert, Yello!
Thanksgiving Plate – cinnamon sweet potato puree, pan seared polenta with rosemary and sage, roasted onion green beans, cranberry fig jam, wild mushroom gravy
Pumpkin Cheesecake – toasted pecan crust, spiced pumpkin cheesecake, maple-caramel drizzle
Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of wine or beverage of their choice.
