United Way of Broward County’s Commission on Behavioral Health & Drug Prevention and The Weston Alliance for Youth (WAY) to present a “Teen Talk” event taking place on Tuesday, February 25.
-The town hall style event will feature a panel of local teens gathering to candidly discuss trends and pressures that they are facing.
– Topics will focus on vaping, alcohol, cyberbullying, social media, academic stress, anxiety and depression.
-Parents and teens will be encouraged to become involved in the discussion.
-This FREE event, that is open to the public, will also offer resources, refreshments, community service hours and meaningful conversation! In addition to United Way of Broward County’s Commission on Behavioral Health & Drug Prevention, event sponsors include Broward Behavioral Health Coalition (BBHC) and The Weston Alliance for Youth.
