The 2020 African-American Research Library and Cultural Center Sci-Fi & Comic Convention (AARLCC-CON) will be entirely held online and will feature a diverse slate of Black writers and illustrators who will share ideas and present their latest works. This exciting event is also a networking opportunity where local Sci-Fi/comic enthusiasts can engage with nationally known writers and illustrators.

  • 3PM – Afrofuturism: The Intersection of the African Diaspora Culture with Comics – Black Sands Entertainment

AARLCC-CON provides a platform for African-American writers and illustrators of comic books and sci-fi novels to communicate, present new projects, and develop relationships with fans and industry professionals.
