Arc Culinary presents “Savor the Plantain” as part of the Chef Experience Dinner series sponsored by Amazon on Friday, October 10 at 7 p.m. at the state-of-the-art Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen. Tickets are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating and include alcoholic beverages and gratuity. Proceeds from ticket sales support Arc Broward’s mission of providing opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to realize their full potential.
