The Esteban Chaves Foundation and the Dan Marino Foundation are partnering to host an international live cycling event, “Ride for Smiles,” on the ZWIFT cycling platform on Sunday, May 24 at 11 A.M. EST (10 A.M. GMT5). The objective of the virtual ride is to connect riders globally while raising awareness about children’s health and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
During “Ride for Smiles” virtual ride fundraiser, cyclists and enthusiasts of all skill levels are invited to go on Zwift to join ride leader Esteban Chaves of Team Mitchelton SCOTT and cyclists from all over the world. Participants and viewers are encouraged to donate before, during and after the ride by going to www.rideforsmiles.org.
There are three ways to participate:
- RIDE – Sign up to ride, side by side, with Esteban Chaves and cyclists from all over the world. You must have the Zwift APP and an indoor cycling trainer: rideforsmiles.org
- DONATE – Make your contribution virtually: rideforsmiles.org
- WATCH – If you want to enjoy watching the race live, connect via live streaming on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/estebanchavesbta/
