It’s Oktoberfest time at the German American Society. Gather your friends and family, raise your steins full of German beer and join us for three weekends to celebrate another year of festivities with great music, great beer, great food and of course gemütlichkeit. Ein Prosit!
Grab your lederhosen and enjoy some of your favorite German foods and music fill the air. You’ll see our Miss Oktoberfest contest and crown the winner, the famous Auerhahn Schuchplattlers and music by Bob Houston with his accordion.
As well as Polka fans and Chicken Dance lovers glide across our wooden dance floor.
We’ll be pouring Oktoberfest Beer brewed by Hofbräu München Original, Oktoberfest and Dunkel; as well as Tucher Hefeweizen and Dinkel Acker for fellow beer lovers.
Traditional favorites will be served up including Oktoberfest Bratwurst, Chicken Schnitzel, Smoked Kessler Ripchen (Smoked Pork Chops), Potato Pancakes with Applesauce and more. Did we mention we have Oma’s Kuchen & Torte Dessert Corner including homemade Strudel and Bienenstich (Bee Sting Cake)?
This is a kid-friendly event with Free Parking.
Admission at the door is: $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers
