During this time of social distancing, people and communities are maintaining closeness by flocking to social media platforms. With stages and museums temporarily closed, arts organizations are becoming media companies as they communicate with audiences exclusively online.
In this informative session, you’ll learn best practices for online engagement through the lens of the pandemic, while maintaining a compassionate, empathetic and authentic brand voice. You’ll see dozens of arts industry examples and gain tips and tools to help you develop a thoughtful content strategy.
Presented by the Broward Cultural Division and Capacity Interactive, the premier digital marketing consulting firm for culture and the arts, this online workshop will be led by Capacity Interactive Consultant Becky Ludkiewicz who has worked with over 60 arts organizations, including orchestras, theaters, museums and performing arts centers. Prior to joining Capacity Interactive, Ludkiewicz worked at the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra managing and enhancing its social media presence.
