United Way of Broward County’s Commission on Behavioral Health & Drug Prevention’s Mental Health Promotion Action Team presents “Let’s Celebrate the Positive in our Community,” an in-person event on November 17 at Everglades High School.
With most kids making healthy choices and remaining free of alcohol and other drugs, United Way of Broward County’s Commission on Behavioral Health & Drug Prevention is hosting this event to help celebrate the positive in our community and provide the public with information about our youth and their decision to remain alcohol and drug free. The discussion will also focus on the importance of having good mental health.
During the event, there will be music, Zumba, giveaways, and other fun activities for attendees.
The event is free and open to the public. To register, please visit https://www.unitedwaybroward.org/events/lets-celebrate-positive-our-community-0.
Community service hours are available upon request for school students. For more information, please contact lfigari@UnitedWayBroward.org.
