Island SPACE Caribbean Museum, in collaboration with the Caribbean Professionals Network and a lineup of talented South Florida bakers, invites you to indulge in the fourth annual Rum Cake and Caribbean Black Cake Fest on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m at Volunteer Park Community Center, 12050 West Sunrise Boulevard Plantation, FL 33323.
Savor the rich, time-honored flavors of the Caribbean as cake makers serve up samples of traditional rum cake and the beloved black cake—a dark, spiced fruitcake cherished across English-speaking Caribbean islands.
This festive gathering starts at $20 for early bird, $25 for pre-sold tickets, with a $30 cost at the door. Guests will enjoy:
