The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, recognized as Broward County’s premier shopping destination, will feature Emmy-nominated international recording artist Alexander Star on its next Happy Hour with The Galleria virtual music series scheduled for Thursday, May 14, at 5 p.m. on Facebook Live from Seasons 52. Star will cover popular hits from Bob Marley, Bruno Mars, Drake, Ed Sheeran and Bell Biv Devoe as well as original compositions.

Star has performed in more than 10 countries and is one of the few artists to be invited to perform inside the United Nations, twice. In his prime time TV debut, his original song, “Pass the Good Vibes Around,” became the anthem for France’s #1 rated reality show, Les Anges 9, and Star was a guest artist in 7 episodes that season. Star was again featured in Season 11 penning, performing, and teaching the hit song “Kisses For You” to social influencer Beverly Bello. Earlier this year, Star collaborated with NFL stars Larry Fitzgerald, Jarvis Landry, and Mark Sanchez to remix his song “This Is My Era” for a Super Bowl campaign aimed at saving the coral reefs backed by MSC Cruises and the MSC Foundation.
