This Father’s Day weekend, Flamingo Gardens features the creatures of the Lost World of Dinosaurs and Echoes of Extinction exhibits. Learn about modern raptor and crocodilian dinosaur descendants from the experts with live animal and fossil presentations or take a guided tour of the exhibits to learn fun facts. At the Lost World of Dinosaurs exhibit you will discover some of the largest terrestrial creatures that ever lived nestled among the jungle settings of Flamingo Gardens. The exhibit features 27 life-size replicas staged throughout the arboretum now until September 2. View full skeletons of a Nanotyrannus and a juvenile Triceratops in the Echoes of Extinction exhibit in the Gallery, accompanied by raptor and pterosaur fossils, fossil plants and their modern-day counterparts, and amber insects. Unearth bones in the Dino Dig, touch real fossils, and other interactive displays.
ADMISSION: $19.95 ages 12 and up/ $12.95 ages 3-11. Children 2 and under and members enter free. Last ticket sold at 4pm. Narrated Tram Tour is included in the price of admission.
