Mo Willems’ award-winning book series comes to life in Elephant and Piggie’s “We Are in a Play!” mounted by Stages Productions. Singing and dancing their way through fundamental life lessons, Elephant and Piggie find themselves on an excellent musical escapade of pachydermal peril and swiney suspense. They even get the audience involved in the action that promises to have everyone doing the “Flippy Floppy Floory” dance all night long. This performance is recommended for pre K-3. Each show in The Broward Center 2019–2020 Family Fun Series presented by Hoffman’s Chocolates includes free pre-show arts activities and post-show treats provided by Hoffman’s Chocolates.
