Explore artist books and visual balance, while connecting to concepts of duality. Participants will learn how to create an accordion book that illustrates ideas about opposites and duality.

Studies have shown that just 45 minutes of creative activity a day can significantly reduce stress and improve mental clarity. NSU Art Museum’s Creativity Exploration series promotes the benefits of creative exploration and the mind-to-body experience. During these one-hour, interactive sessions led by art educator Lark Keeler, a specialist in mindfulness education, participants experience a sense of well-being, expand their perceptions of forms and improve brain connectivity through visual and cognitive stimulation.
