2016 marks the 50th anniversary of Federal Historic Preservation legislation and the creation of the National Register. In the 1920’s Cuban-American architect Francis Abreu brought Mediterranean Revival design to the community nestled along the New River. Many of Abreu’s designs remain today. Join Art Bengochea in exploring the genius of Francis Abreu through the private collection of the Historical Society. Lite Cuban fare with signature Mojitos will be served.
