In recognition of National Stress Awareness Month in April, this event aims to help the community at large find their center and re-energize. Set to be hosted on Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort’s open-air oceanfront venues, BalQony and Rotunda, the event will offer attendees a circuit-style workout with pop-up sessions by Pure Barre, The Yoga Joint and The Ride Element. Each session will last 20 minutes, with additional time in between for further education and recovery. Plus, event-goers will also enjoy light bites and refreshments courtesy of Fitlife Foods Fort Lauderdale and Dr. Juice, as well as an exclusive discount at the resort’s Spa Q.
*Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, as equipment will be limited.
