2-1-1 Broward, a 24 hour comprehensive helpline for individuals and families in our community seeking crisis intervention assistance, is pleased to announce the 9th Annual Community Care Plan Non-Profit Awards. Presented and hosted by Signature Grand, the event will honor the achievement of Broward County’s non-profit organizations and its leaders. The awards ceremony and luncheon will take place on Friday, February 22, 2019.

Sponsored by Community Care Plan, the Non-Profit Awards will acknowledge the highest level of achievement, innovation and quality in the non-profit sector with 10 categories of award winners. Community Care Plan is the first safety-net, hospital-owned Provider Service Network that serves members enrolled in Medicaid, Children’s Medical Services Network and self-insured employee health plans.

Tickets are now available and are $100 per person for general admission, $85 for CLUB 2-1-1 members and $75 per person for non-profit staff/government representatives. After February 1, 2019, all tickets are $100 per person.
