The 17th Annual For the Public Good will be held in the Panorama Ballroom (adjacent to Grille 66) at the Pier 66 Hotel and Marina in Fort Lauderdale. Guests will enjoy an evening of networking and cocktails to benefit the more than 20,000 children, seniors, veterans, homeless persons, victims of domestic violence and other crimes, unaccompanied immigrant minors, and persons living with HIV/AIDS served by Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida each year. Master of Ceremonies for the evening is Chad Van Horn, the 2017 Legal Aid and Coast to Coast Attorney of the Year. The event is a full length reception format starting at 5:30pm with open seating at high and low cocktail tables. The evening includes a Live Auction, Awards Presentation, two (2) complimentary drink tickets, self-serve food displays, and cash bar. The event concludes at 7:30pm and guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the hotel amenities.
