Las Olas Oceanside Park closes out the ninth season of Friday Night Sound Waves, presented by DiscoverFTLBeach.com, with the final leg of its Backstage Pass tribute series. The free concerts invite the public to the park every Friday evening for nationally touring tribute acts that celebrate the music and artists who defined generations.
Running Oct. 24 through Dec. 19, this season marks the finale of the two-year tribute theme, blending high-energy performances with a beachside setting that’s drawn fans of all ages.
The close of 2025 also sets the stage for a milestone year. In 2026, Friday Night Sound Waves celebrates its 10th anniversary by returning to its roots, bringing back fan-favorite local artists from the program’s early years.
“The Backstage Pass series gave us a chance to revisit the music that shaped our lives and share that nostalgia with fans who came back week after week,” said producer Arianne Glassman. “But what makes this series special isn’t just the music—it’s the people, the setting, and the sense of connection Friday nights on Fort Lauderdale Beach always seem to bring.”
