 d Waves has been free and open to the public since its very first season\,
  welcoming locals and visitors alike to gather by the ocean for live music
 \, connection\, and community.\n\nWhat began in 2016 as a simple invitatio
 n to ‘slide off your shoes\, slip into the weekend\, bring a blanket\, a
 nd bring a friend’\, has grown into a shared experience shaped by the pe
 ople who showed up\, week after week. Over the past decade\, the series ha
 s welcomed over 130 bands and more than 700 individual musicians\, creatin
 g a soundtrack that reflects the diverse music scene in South Florida and
