SUMMARY:Creativity Exploration: Making & Movement
DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the organic\, flowing shapes found in paintings by 
 Diana Motta\, create your own painting on canvas\, exploring the gestural 
 energy captured in each brush stroke. Creativity Exploration adult worksho
 ps promote the benefits of material exploration and the mind-to-body exper
 ience. “Research suggests that experiencing art and creativity\, even fo
 r a few minutes a day\, has tangible effects on our mental and physical he
 alth” (New York Times). In addition to producing a sense of well-being\,
  sessions expand participants’ perceptions of forms\, while increasing b
 rain connectivity through visual and cognitive stimulation. The workshop i
