DESCRIPTION:The Broward Women’s Chorus spring concert\, “Imagine\,” f
 eatures favorite Broadway music\, pop songs and standards showcasing hopes
 \, dreams and the joy of making music.\n\nUnder the direction of Sylvia Ro
 se Aycock\, the chorus will perform favorite songs from the 1920s to the 1
 990s\, drawing from pop\, Broadway and American standards. The 40 singers 
 will be accompanied by pianist Carolyn Morgan.\n\nThe concert is at 7 p.m
 . Sunday\, April 26\, at Sunshine Cathedral\, 1480 SW 9th Ave\, Fort Laude
 rdale\, FL 33315. This will be the big gala concert of the spring season a

 men’s chorus in its 55th year of singing in South Florida. Its 40-plus m
 embers rehearse Wednesday morning from September through May in Fort Laude
 rdale. New members are accepted in September and in January.
