DESCRIPTION:History Fort Lauderdale\, proud steward of our community’s pa
 st by making our heritage accessible and engaging to residents and visitor
 s\, will present “A Stitch in Time\,” a vibrant quilt show pop-up in c
 ollaboration with local textile guilds. This free public exhibition series
 \, launching on Sunday\, May 3\, in collaboration with the Quilt Guild by 
 the Sea\, will celebrate the artistry and tradition of quilting\, bringing
  colorful stories to life through fabric and craftsmanship.\nQuilt lovers 
 and curious visitors alike are invited to enjoy these one-day-only pop-up 
 displays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.\, coinciding with the City’s Riverwalk J
 azz Brunch series. Quilts will be on display draped over the second-story 
 balcony and showcased inside the New River Inn Museum\, offering visitors 
 a rich blend of craftsmanship and history.\nHistory Fort Lauderdale is ope
 n seven days a week from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. with docent guided tours daily
  at 1\, 2\, and 3 p.m. Group walking tours are available upon special requ
 est. Admission is $15 for adults\; $12 for seniors and $7 for students (th
 rough age 22 with a valid student ID). Admission is free for members\, mil
